Thank you for testing my daughter’s hearing , twice! She’s been cleared. The hearing testing , for both appts , weren’t overwhelming for her when she was a baby or when she tested again recently as a 2 year old. The specialists are kind and understand babies and toddlers. Also convenient that this clinic is located in Guelph and easy to find. Highly recommend.
Janine took great care to come up with a solution for my hearing aid concerns. I now have a totally refurbished 3 year old hearing aid that work better than the day I got it. I highly recommend Connect Hearing and Janine for anyone with hearing loss.
Very poor. They did not consult my previous file to know what was happening before my appointment. Totally unprepared. Tested the wrong ear. Totally disappointed with the service and staff.
Great experience with Janine, extremely thorough, updated firmware, spent a great deal of time adjusting my hearing aids.. hearing better that I ever did..highly recommend her services
