Amazi g service and true professio also as I require hearing aids that I wear everyday
I lost one of my hearing aids purchased from this location. My contract clearly said they would replace it for $350 and then they reneged on that agreement when I arrive for my appointment. What a clip joint. I don't know if it was the "doctor " or Sonova that came to this, but I would not recommend this business. So sometime later a lovely woman from head office Ontario called me to let me know that there was a miscommunication and that I will be receiving a new hearing aid for $350. I’ve just learned the organized racket which is hearing aids. Trying to give my dad’s hearing aids to my aunt to use would cost $1700. Almost the cost of new ones. Preying on the elderly as they lose their hearing!
Very impressed. I struggled to hear someone on the phone and in large crowds. Thanks to my new hearing aids, I am now hearing things that I have not heard in a long time.
