I was in the market for a new set of hearing aids. I have been a client of Connect Hearing for many, many years (decades). The current advertising is that the newest version of hearing aids is so improved that I will notice a huge difference. These people tried to take advantage of my 85 year-old father to the tune of $1700. When I phoned somewhere else explained the situation to them. They were happy to do it for free. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
I have been dealing with Connect at this location for 5 plus years. I just upgraded to the latest technology and they work awesome! The team there today, Heather & Kim, were outstanding and can't thank them enough! I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.
