These people tried to take advantage of my 85 year-old father to the tune of $1700. When I phoned somewhere else explained the situation to them. They were happy to do it for free. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
I have been dealing with Connect at this location for 5 plus years. I just upgraded to the latest technology and they work awesome! The team there today, Heather & Kim, were outstanding and can't thank them enough! I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.
I was extremely impressed with the help I received with getting my first set of hearing aids from getting test to follow-up wonderful customer service
Very pleased with the help I received from Francesco at the Coquitlam location. First he cleaned my grandfathers current hearing aids and replaced the wires as they weren’t working. He then gave me tips, tricks, and supplies to keep them cleaned. He also somehow got his 10 year old+ backup hearing aids working for a rainy day. I usually visit the Vancouver offices but will make the drive to chat with frank again. Great job connect hearing, your company is great and you have employees that care.
