Very pleased with the help I received from Francesco at the Coquitlam location. First he cleaned my grandfathers current hearing aids and replaced the wires as they weren’t working. He then gave me tips, tricks, and supplies to keep them cleaned. He also somehow got his 10 year old+ backup hearing aids working for a rainy day. I usually visit the Vancouver offices but will make the drive to chat with frank again. Great job connect hearing, your company is great and you have employees that care.
New hearing aid appliance upgrade today. The care from the audiologist is first rate. I came in for quality appliances, and I wasn't disappointed. My Costco hearing aid didn't come close.
My dad is a client at this clinic and they treat him so well. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We are always greeted with a warm smile. Thank you Heather and Kim for being amazing
