The lady I had was incredible. She was very thorough, and walked me through everything. Learning how to properly hear again was amazing and it was nice to see that she was just as happy as I was to be there through my journey. Whenever I talk with people and they ask about my hearing aids, I tell them where I got them and tell them when time comes and you need help with hearing, I tell them to go to you guys. The kindness is off the charts. I would absolutely recommend you guys to anyone who needs the help.
