I love my new Signia hearing aides. I had previously tried ones with a control behind my ears, but they often picked up noise from my hair moving past or they would fall off. With my new ones, adjusted to my liking, no one even notices them and the sound is perfect. I can turn down the volume on my TV to 28 and the aides pick up the sound that amplifies to my liking.
