I arrived in a bit of a grumpy mood, left in a jovial mood happy to pay the fees, feeling I had good value for the dollar. Audiologist Jessica W. was a JEM ! She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with an excellent ear side manner. I’m a bit of a want to know everything and she was happy to oblige. The receptionist CiCi was organized, courteous and spoke very softly as a bit of a test to make sure I could hear her before I left ! Why go anywhere else ?

She was extremely professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment.
