I went to Connect Hearing in New Westminster to enquire about hearing aids. They quoted me $6,060. The staff did not mention any discounts. When I went to pick them up, they asked me if I was a member of BCAA which I am. When I got the bill, they had increased the cost of the product by $1,085 which was the amount of the discount they gave me. I told staff that any BCAA discount given should have reduced the amount owing for the product and they should not have increased the cost of the product and then applied the discount.... read more

Am so happy with my hearing aids. The entire process was positive, from phone call to hearing test to receiving my hearing aids and the follow-up appointments. The front office staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. The audiologist Shally was amazing, kind, caring professional. She took a mold of my ear for new in ear hearing aids and they are great. I've come back a few times for minor adjustments and the team is always friendly. If you have hearing problems, need a test or hearing aids then look no further!
The team at this location is beyond incredible. Dr Shally Yuan is so caring and attentive to detail, a true amazing human being. The team at concierge is so warm and lovely! I really hope they all get raises they deserve it!
