I was not happy to admit that I need hearing aids, but I am so happy that I selected Connect Hearing. Esther, the audiologist, is always so kind and helpful. The test gave me detailed information about my hearing. They had hearing aids custom made to fit my ears. They worked with me to get them comfortable and working as I need them to. I went to Connect Hearing in New Westminster to enquire about hearing aids. They quoted me $6,060. The staff did not mention any discounts. When I went to pick them up, they asked me if I was a member of BCAA which I am. When I got the bill, they had increased the cost of the product by $1,085 which was the amount of the discount they gave me. I told staff that any BCAA discount given should have reduced the amount owing for the product and they should not have increased the cost of the product and then applied the discount.... read more

Am so happy with my hearing aids. The entire process was positive, from phone call to hearing test to receiving my hearing aids and the follow-up appointments. Natasha and the entire team at the New Westminster location were personable and professional.
