Excellent service from Tatiana...ken
Brutal service - Connect Hearing was amazing when it was House of Hearing. Now they don't care, pay and get out - no follow up, no service. Our family has been a customer for many years without any issues, and since the transition we will be going somewhere else.
I am leaving this review not out of malice, but in constructive criticism, and in the hope of better service in the future for other clients. As the client, it is 100% reasonable to ask questions and seek clarity before purchasing hearing aids. As a professional, it is 100% your job to explain and share your knowledge when there is a need to do so with the client.
