Excellent service for m 97 year old mother-in-law, her hearing is restored! Eunice explained everything so well. All staff very friendly and efficient!
My mother has custom hearing aids the she purchased many years ago from Connect Hearing. I now care for her here in the Cowichan valley and she had no information on the purchase . We found that her one aid had lost the gasket that holds the wax stop in place. I called Connect Hearing and gave them her name and voila! she came up in their data base. The staff is excellent and very helpful.
I just recently upgraded my 3 year old hearing aids to a noise refusing type. I was extremely pleased with the way Eunice Estrada (practitioner) tested and explained in detail the results of my latest hearing exam. She also described the step to step use, care and maintenance of the new aids. She was very pleasant to deal with and my overall experience was excellent. The front end staff were also very helpful adding to the overall experience.
When both my earing aids quit at the same time, Mike and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to get me setup with new ones as soon as possible. They are efficient, friendly, helpful and very pleasent to deal with. I highly recommend them.
