I took my Mom to get her hearing tested and was immediately impressed by the attention and treatment shown to her by Tracy (Audiologist). Tracy had a way of explaining my Mom’s hearing decline based on the evidence. While her approach at the same time was kind and encouraging. I am a veteran who has worn hearing aids for the past 10 years. I newly located to Cochrane and learned that Connect supports the veterans programs. I went for an assessment and qualified for new hearing aids. Everything was handled very promptly and professionally, and within a week I had my new hearing aids. Tracy, the audiologist, is a professional gem - very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Denelle, the receptionist, is a rock star at keeping things on track. Highly recommend this place.
