I have been a client for 5 years with the Bridgewater store and my experience has always been positive. Hearing aids have been a game changer for me and I am currently on my second set with AI capabilities and they are simply amazing. My father in law had a great experience with the service received from the Bridgewater office.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. My mother had a confirmed appointment, including an email confirmation with the date, time, and provider. After traveling 40 minutes to get there, she was told at the front desk that she did not have an appointment and must have the wrong location. When she presented her confirmation, the staff acknowledged that it was indeed their clinic and their doctor, yet she was not in their system for that day. Excellent service, positive experience. Hearing Care Professional was efficient with process, care and use of hearing aids and helpful with any questions and concerns. Admin. staff, welcoming and efficient with billing process and guidance with insurance claims. They made it clear they are available to assist or answer any questions and concerns in person, at the office, by phone or online. Very pleased with new hearing aids. Wm G "Gary" Lewis
