I just had received my new hearing aids. It’s wonderful to be able to hear again. Colleen Mcgarrity was amazing! Walked me through everything it was a very good experience. Thanks again for the staff and the great experience. Colleen is simpler the best .
After a not so pleasant experience at another hearing clinic, I called Nancy to discuss my situation. She was interested in hearing my story and could not have been more helpful with her contributions, suggestions and information! I decided to bring my Dad in to the clinic for a hearing test. Nancy was just as friendly and helpful in person! Alexie, the audiologist, was superb! Dad was sent home with ‘trial’ hearing aids and has not turned back! Excellent service and delightful staff!
I could not be more pleased with my experience at Connect Hearing Bridgewater. I really didn't want, well hoped I didn't need, hearing aids. I was wrong and what a difference they have made. Every one at Connect was super helpful, but my audiologist was exceptional. Alexie, we are very fortunate to have you on the South Shore.
All the staff I've dealt with are helpful, efficient and very personable. I like that I am able to lease my hearing aids for a monthly payment.
