Great hearing aids and service. Brought voices back into my life
I will give your establishment 1star. One star is for the location of your establishment as it was convenient for me to reach from my home. My hearing test and consultation was conducted at your Wortley Road, London Ontario office, September 18, 2024. The audiologist (Julie Johnson)suggested I purchase Phonak Select hearing aids $10,160. Although my hearing isn't too bad, tinnitus is apparent. I am a 73 year old, retired woman living on a fixed income. I cannot afford to pay this outrageous price!! Have had nothing but extremely positive experiences dealing with the staff at Connect Hearing. They took the time to make it a comfortable and informative environment. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. I would give this my highest recommendation to anyone who wants to help their situation or just have it checked. They are a credit to their company and to society.
The staff at Connect Hearing were absolutely phenomenal. Despite me being much younger than the typical patient population for hearing tests/aids etc, I was supported and felt validated in every way. My hearing has been problematic for multiple years; however, has gotten worse quite quickly. My paper work was handled for me; so, very little to be stressed out about.
