I will give your establishment 1star. One star is for the location of your establishment as it was convenient for me to reach from my home. My hearing test and consultation was conducted at your Wortley Road, London Ontario office, September 18, 2024. The audiologist (Julie Johnson)suggested I purchase Phonak Select hearing aids $10,160. Although my hearing isn't too bad, tinnitus is apparent. I am a 73 year old, retired woman living on a fixed income. I cannot afford to pay this outrageous price!! Have had nothing but extremely positive experiences dealing with the staff at Connect Hearing. They took the time to make it a comfortable and informative environment.
