Connect Hearing Sarnia Office has been amazing with Customer Service! I purchased my Starkey hearing aides from another Company and because I have chosen to go to Connect Hearing Sarnia they have given me the best service. Warranty was still available and my aides were sent back to the factory and with the help of Aamer Mehboob the company replaced my hearing aides! It has been the best service a customer could ask for! The best receptionist and very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help!
I’m not even sure if 3 is appropriate. I am a customer of connect hearing and have had excellent service from Aamer. Unfortunately when he is off, connect hearing doesn’t belief in having a back up for him. Aamer deserves his time off but customers also deserve service 5 days a week. The young lady at the front desk was unable to help me with a small and fixable problem on my hearing aid. When I talked to her manager I was given excuses as to why this small fix couldn’t be accomodated. Might be time to move on

Recently my wife and I were fitted with hearing aids by Connect hearing.I.have been wearing hearing aids for many years provided by other hearing aid providers,but never received such remarkable service as with Connect Hearing.AAMEER .Informed us of the various options available for our specific needs and recommended a specific model .AAMEER was very courteous and provided us with much required information which we have not received In thirty years plus.
