My wife Carolyn's hearing aids were several years old and weren't holding a charge very well. We called Mary Tuesday for an appointment with Dr. Chicorelli. Got in the next day, had hearing test, confirmed price with insurance, walked out with latest upgrade from that manufacturer. Couldn't be happier!
We called and Mary answered the phone. She was so pleasant, professional, and friendly. We went in and she was wonderful. I asked if she was Mary, she asked if my husband was Ron. She even remembered his name. She cleaned and repaired his hearing aid and cleaned his charger. No charge, just kind words and service. I’m telling you this is the place to go. Hands down!! Mary, you are a great person, professional, kind, and sweet.
Sarah Chicorelli is an outstanding audiologist. At my first appointment, she gave me this quick hearing aid test. She recommended the top hearing aids for me. I have arrived early at my hearing aid appointments and she always saw me without waiting. I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a hearing test, or hearing aids, I strongly suggest. I walked into the store and told them I had beltone hearing aids. She immediately dismissed me and says we don't handle Bell tone hearing aids I told her I have insurance and she says we don't take Cigna she was very dismissive and even if I could get in hearing aids with them, I don't think I would go unless you were a last result
