Recommendedthey work with your needs. I cant think of a better place to go, as I suffered before going to them with aids I could not hear anyone calling on the phone. Paul and Brooke were superb! They listened to my must haves in aids. By far the best .
i am of an age my hearing might be questionable. However Brooke and Marie are great and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The test is simple; only minor hearing loss and that I can live with. There is no high pressure sales which I greatly appreciated. Should I eventually need hearing aids, they will work with me and my insurance, or lack thereof. I plan to go back in a year.
My daughter and I LOVE it here! My daughter has special needs, and they are amazing with her. She always gets a warm, friendly greeting from Brooke. And, she loves to hurry up and get in for her appointment with Paul. This is the only appointment she gets excited about...every time! They are always accommodating, and treat us with respect....Very caring. �
