Joyce Geisel , has made my life brighter and bearable after 20 yrs of wearing hearing aids . I have to share no one has ever taken the time that she had . I learned so much that was never ever told to me from cleaning and was told for 15 yrs I just needed an amplifier in left ear because of hearing loss. She gave me options and the one was to try a regular hearing aid in my left ear . She explained sometimes it works and sometimes not , but it has helped me tremendously.
