Each of my parents has been tested at Connect Hearing in Greenville over the years. The process is well organized and the staff helpful. Everyone goes the extra mile to make the patient comfortable and at ease. Follow up is excellent and shows they care about the patient. The staff track when patients are due for new testing or even just when new batteries might be needed. I would recommend this service if you have any hearing issue. They will help identify and treat; in addition, they help with insurance claims.
Joyce is so patient with me. She is sincere with how she cares about my problems she spent a lot of time to make sure I was happy with the adjustments. Not to leave Crystal -she is just as nice and caring when I see her. Very appreciated with this office.
