I went to Elite Hearing Centers to get a hearing test done as I knew my hearing has been bad for some time now. Tiffany was filling in at this location and did a great job with the test and confirmed again that I have a loss in the higher ranges. She explained the test to me in a very clear and easy to understand way. Came in without an appointment with questions about cleaning my son's hearing aid molds. Melissa was more than kind and knowledgeable despite us just kind of barging in. Not only did she give us some cleaning supplies but she offered to order more. Our audiologist in Sun Prairie recently left, and I hope we get the opportunity to start going here.
