Made an appointment through their call center who called to confirm and sent confirming emails. Showed up 1/2 an hour early to be greeted by a very rude receptionist who said she called twice to reschedule because “ the girls mother in law was in an accident and she had to pick up her baby- LIFE HAPPENS!” No matter my husband took a day off work and they have NO BACK UP for testing. Office had been calling an incorrect phone number ... poor service, incompetent staff... unreliable at best.
