I highly recommend Connect Hearing. The receptionist was most helpful with my dad in listening to the problems he was having with his almost 2yr old hearing aids and informed him he was due for them to be checked. She promptly scheduled him an appt with Instrument Specialist Chris Lammert. Chris was wonderful and discovered his aids had never been programmed. What a difference it made! I took my 96-year-old father's hearing aids in to be checked because he couldn't hear anything. The patient care coordinator, Tina, cleared them, cleaned them, and replaced the dead batteries -- no wonder he couldn't hear anything. She was so patient, helpful, and kind. Thank you, Tina!
There has been a 100% improvement in this office and it was a pleasure to utilize this facility again!!! Mr. Lammert is very easy to talk to and understands exactly what issues that you're having and works very diligently to correct the problem!!!
