Ms. Chandra Koeller is excellent, conducting a hearing test with sensitivity, patience, and efficiency, keeping the subject (me) informed and relaxed at all times. Despite some technical difficulties, my experience was positive and I would, without reservations, recommend Connect Hearing in Grover Beach.
Chandra is an exceptional audiologist and person. I feel that I can trust her judgement and guidance.
I am so happy I chose connect hearing in Grover beach to help me with what I need in order to hear better. The staff is so nice and friendly- I will definitely be back ladies. The front desk as I waited asked me if I would like coffee or water not many places I go are like that - I asked for a water and got it right away. We waited with another client outside the Grover beach location but the owner never showed and calls only go to voicemail. Waste of time
Buyer beware! I bought hearing aids from this company thinking I was getting brand new ones and when I lost one they would not help me so I went to another place and found out only barely after 2 yrs my hearing aids where OUT OF WARRANTY! Warranty starts from when they are bought and this company bought mine more that 3 years ago and was sitting on their shelf until I came in and bought them..Warranties start from when some one buys them from the manufacturer not the person who is actually paying 3,000 dollars!
