Shandra & Cheyenne @ Connect Hearing are both very professional & very nice. They have handled & cared for my Mom (89+, sometimers & Alzheimers) with unending kindness & sweetness. Despite the problems she sometimes poses she is able to use her hearing aides mostly all of the time. When they aren't serviceable to her, they are there in support of Mom even with her difficulties. I/we would recommend them to any & everyone.
