RecommendedMy mother-in-law was visiting from P.R. and I found it very difficult for her to hear me although she had hearing aids. I called Connect Hearing and explained the situation and they gave me an appointment the same day. When my spouse returned home with his mom it was a MIRACLE AND IMPRESSIVE what they did for her. Between the Phonaks I got, and Dr Charles and Shannon being so awesome, I'm a little miffed that I can't rate them more than 5 stars. :P I <3 <3 <3 my Phonaks... I brag about them and the fantastic folks at Connect Hearing every single time someone talks to me about hearing aids.
