My spouse and I purchased our Phonak aids from Connect Hearing On July 1, 2020. We have been in for cleaning and adjustments only once. That time was a pleasant experience. Yesterday, not so much. My aides were plugged, and I couldn't hear with them. I understand that the managers were stressed due to a large increase in customers with the Ft. Myers branch closing. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I went there for my first hearing aids and have been with them ever since. They have always been very helpful whenever I needed something done or adjusted. I have always been pleased.
I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service I received while Sara and I discussed my hearing problem and test results. Sara listens, is concerned about your hearing and is easy to talk to. I can't recommend enough that anyone with a hearing problem call and see Sara.

On July 7,2021 I had an appointment with Connect Hearing and the tech that was working with me did not have the correct information about my insurance to give me a correct pricing on my hearing aids,please know what your ins. will pay up front before you go there they are not begin truthful up front about priceing.ALYSSA RUSH was my tech she was trying to sell me a three year service agreement and my ins.was paying two years of it it came with my cover. I WILL NEVER use them again they are a rip off. Rose Rolla Bennett
