My experience at Connect Hearing was quite more than I expected. The employees were more than courteous and the entire process was explained to detail. I had issues with the initial fit of both of the ‘in ear’ hearing aids and there was no issue with having them redesigned. Insurance was handled great. I would recommend Connect Hearing to anyone in need of hearing assistance.
