We cannot thank Vicky enough for her help getting my brother Paul’s hearing aid repaired. She and Jennifer spoke so respectfully to Paul, who has Downs Syndrome and Alzheimer’s. Vicky was able to get the repair done quickly and kept in touch with me as the holiday shipping got a little crazy.
