As someone with anxiety, I expect the worst out of every appointment I have, but my experience with Evelyn was very pleasant. Not only did she fix the issue with my right hearing aid filter at no charge, but she also went out of her way to get my hearing aid app set up by contacting several manufacturers. Even though I forgot to bring my physical insurance and ID card, Evelyn patiently worked with me to send her a digital file instead.
