Recent hearing testing Alice Penny was very professional and gave me good advice. She explained everything and even had me try a hearing aid to see if it helped! This office is great!
Hearing I want to thank everyone at the San Juan office for their wonderful assistance on my hearing aids. I was greeted by Belle and Penny (Alice Lilly) in the front office with smiles and courtesy that is deeply appreciated. My problems were addressed by Penny and I am now enjoying the comfort of good hearing. Thanks to both ladies. I will let everyone know where to go with hearing problems. Again I cannot express how great the feeling is to know my needs and concerns will be well taken care of in the San Juan office.
