I’ve worn hearing aids for at least 8 years. I’ve struggled with them for about the same number of years. I found Connect Hearing via United Health. I am completely taken aback regarding the products they offer that I’ve never known to exist. In one visit the Burleson staff Lisa, Audiologist, and Kathy, Manager, remedied all of my issues. Connect Hearing in Englewood, FL, has made my first experience with wearing hearing aids a surprisingly good, easy adjustment. I went to my first appointment after hearing the “threw them in the drawer” stories, with low expectations . What a surprise was I in for.! The audiologist, after extensive testing, fitted me with Phonak hearing aids. 👍🏻👍🏻. Training, follow up calls, office visits, weekly and now monthly follow up visits. I give Connect Hearing an A+!!
No one without a hearing problem can understand the frustration. I had no idea that I had lost 30 percent of my hearing. In less then one hour I was hearing like a pro! I was even given the chance to borrow some hearing aids to try at home for a few days. Wow! What a difference. I would recommend Connect Hearing (Cheyenne) to everyone! Great service! Great product!
