I am very happy with all the services provided by Kelly, the very pleasant and professional receptionist, and Audie, a hearing specialist with 30 or more years of experience. It shows. Years ago I found that the overall service at this location, with a different staff, was in need of help. Just let me say that when I expressed my concerns to the corporate office, I was told that some "retraining", had to be done at the Palm Coast office.
