This company helped my Wife solve a problem. Her hearing aids were old and she could not find suitable parts for them. On the off chance she went into your Cattleman Road store and was given the out dated parts she needed. I got my hearing aids several years before I moved to DeLand so I can't rate selection but I love them (Phonak). This place specializes in this brand and they have the software to re-calibrate my aids according to the results of the testing update. They suggested upgrading to blue tooth capability which I did with an accessory called ComPilot.The hearing specialist could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I am very happy with all the services provided by Kelly, the very pleasant and professional receptionist, and Audie, a hearing specialist with 30 or more years of experience. It shows. Years ago I found that the overall service at this location, with a different staff, was in need of help. Just let me say that when I expressed my concerns to the corporate office, I was told that some "retraining", had to be done at the Palm Coast office.
