Great experience! Mom is up from Florida for 2 weeks. Her hearing aid broke still over a week to go. I called around nobody would fix it, I had to make a hearing appointment for next week was the common reply. I looked up the name of the hearing aid and called the 800 number and they put me in touch with Elite Hearing center. I went there the next morning and for $75 they fixed it on the spot. Terrific!
Lauren is super knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. The testing she performed at Elite identified my issues and the hearing aids she recommended are amazing. I can now hear higher/female voices and do not need closed captioning on the TV anymore. I would highly recommend Elite Hearing in Waukesha and specifically Lauren. Even if you just start with the free hearing test, you won't be disappointed.
