They must have a central answering system which is very frustrating. EVERYTIME I can never talk to a person when I call in. ALL call backs, very inefficient. My location has a office person, why can my call not be handled at the time of original contact.
Dolores is a whiz at setting up phonak hearing aids. She looks at every detail from fitting to software.
The staff is so caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend.
