Yvonne has good customer service on the phone and in person walk in hand my hearing aids to her and she cleans them for me . Wish we had more like her.
Superior to all my expectations! I have been to other audiologist and always got the impression they just want to sell you a hearing aid. The staff at Connect Hearing immediately put me at ease and made me feel like more than just a buyer. The audiologist took her time testing me and then explaining my options. My husband wasn't hearing out of his hearing aids thus making it very hard for him to communicate with folks. Connect Hearing was no longer available in Orlando, so we were advised to go to the Tavares office. This was farther away than wanting it to be, but I will say, after we saw our previous receptionist from Orlando, and meeting Frank, the hearing care professional, I wouldn't want to go to another office. Excellent product, service, and support. Free hearing testing and you can do a 2 week trial of hearing aids before you make a purchase. Connect Hearing has Bluetooth hearing aids that connect directly to your cell phone and also rechargeable hearing aids so you don't have to worry about batteries any more.
The office is excellent! They all know about the workings of hearing aids & molds. I was able to get a mold made & have it working the first time. They have a lab where they tweak things so it is very efficient & time saving! Great place & prices!
These folks are great.....they have literally bent over backwards to help me out on more than one occasion....if you have hearing / device problems i highly recommend them....they are "consumer service oriented" and NOT hard / sales push oriented....
