This office has the nicest knowledge staff. I went in a couple of years ago to see if I could get my hearing aid adjusted. It turns out they don't service Siemens but Derek looked up a competitor on the net. When it came time to upgrade I knew who I was going to see, Derek at Connect Hearing. Again I had GREAT personable service. I encouraged my husband to seek a hearing test and was able to get hearing aids through Connect Hearing that fit his ting ear canals.
