I had an appt today at 10:45 --even got an email to confirm-I unhappily drove over the Buckman & got there but door was locked & no one was there. I called the 800# and was told my appt was at 10:30. The nice person on the phone said she would contact that office. After being on hold for awhile she came back & said the office was closed bcuz their ac was bro ken. I have been wearing hearing aides for sometime now which this is my 3rd set NOT one set felt so comfortable to me the best I've ever had, I'm so glad I decided to give connect hearing a try and it was well worth it. .the staff Valarie and Dr Lisa very kind and warm they both really understood my needs I am very pleased!!
