I purchased my first hearing aid with them & returned it in January, to my surprise they haven't returned canceled my insurance claim yet (more than 3 months), and holding my insurance money. They made my experience hell and now no one is picking up the phone. It is a fraud company and customer service is also not helping me. I can't buy the next hearing aid because of them.
