This was my visit to Connect Health and Movement in Kensington. Booking online was quick and easy and the treatment I received was excellent. I have already made another appointment.
I’ve had pain in multiple joints on and off for a few years, and decided to give osteopathy a go after not getting the results I wanted with physio. In the space of just a couple of months, through treatment sessions and prescribed exercises at home, James has helped to get me feeling the closest to normal in a long time. I appreciate his explanations of why my body moves / hurts the way it does, this deeper understanding helps me just as much as the physical therapy.
