I drive thirty minutes each way to Connect and I regret NOTHING. The gym has a great vibe! The smoothies are delicious and the instructors are truly amazing. Connect always hosts fun events and themed classes while also offering new and exciting challenges throughout the year. The community is stellar and I am grateful to be part of it. I look forward to my early weekday classes and my weekend ones. The class options feel endless! If you are on the fence about joining, don’t be!! Jump in, feet first!! Totally worth it.
First hot yoga class in my life and it was an AWESOME. Oksana is a natural as a coach. I would highly recommend her class. You body will thank you !!!
