The Connect Exercise Physiology team work with the local gym at Woombye which is fantastic. I never stuck with gym exercise in the past, but this place is friendly and the staff from Connect and the gym are so helpful that now I look forward to going.

I am a senior and have been going to this gym joined to Connect Exercise Physiology for 2 years and what a difference it has made to my body. I have had some falls before I went there and broke my arm and had to have a titanium plate put in my arm, but since I have been doing the weight training I fell over onto a hard floor and didn't break anything so there you go weight training and exercise for seniors really works and keeps you strong which enables me to do more in my day.
