The jewel of Kelowna. Safe, welcoming, and effective. I highly suggest to take part of group sessions they offer here. As well as I had the absolute honour to work with two counsellors who were not only genuinely compassionate, but also very good health professionals in the mental health. I also would like to thank the front stuff, who are very detail oriented, warm and polite. Thank you for your support
Connect Counselling provides wonderful services by professional, knowledgeable and compassionate counsellors. The reception staff are warm, welcoming people. I highly recommend this counselling service to anyone in need of some wise, knowledgeable help.

Connect counseling has been a monumental pillar in my mental health wellness journey. Me and my son both receive counseling and it has changed our lives. It has enriched our relationship and it has given us the tools to delve through our traumas. They are not only unbelievably helpful, they are convenient.
