Very poor communication and customer service. Our vacation was planned during the pandemic. We canceled during HomeAway’s cancellation timeframe, but was also told we’d receive a refund ‘close to original booking fees minus a small administration fee’. We only received about half of our payment. Multiple attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.
