Muy recomendable. Solucionaron un primer inconveniente que tuvimos con el pago de manera rápida y posteriormente el servicio brindado fue excelente. Tanto los choferes como el personal de la empresa con el cual interactuamos, fueron muy profesionales y amables en el trato.

When we landed in DCA the van was right there waiting for us. I then accidentally left my company phone in their van. I called and explained my situation. They promptly organized for a driver to drop it off at my hotel front desk at 2am. I also got a call from the customer service rep to make sure my phone was dropped off. They really went above and beyond and I'm so grateful!

I left my AirPods on the shuttle and called the following day not expecting to ever see them again. After contacting them the driver, Wally Afzal, located them and returned them to me in Georgia. I can’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.

Connect Transportation was great for our wedding. We worked with our wedding coordinator, Faten Ghannam, to help get five shuttles at a discounted rate. We had one wedding party shuttle that was there almost an hour early (which was great and gave us peace of mind that we would be on time for our big day)! Also, the other four shuttles were all great, given the traffic on Saturday in Georgetown, DC. The drivers were super courteous, nice, and very professional. Highly recommend them!
