Worst and the most inexperienced drivers in the world. Side swiped my car last week in mclean. Hire better drivers.
Very professional and reliable! We are very glad we worked with Connect BBC for our wedding transportation. The drivers made us feel safe driving in a busy city. On September 3rd, 2025 a black Connect BBC van (#54) was driving down 267 where the driver slammed on the brakes and swerved across 3 lanes to take an exit, as me and 2 other cars who were traveling 75+ mph had to slam on our brakes and swerve nearly crashing into the concrete barrier and the other cars. It was a scary event and I called to report the driver to mgmt. The dispatch rep who I spoke to at 1442 minutes after the event, didn't seem to care.
