On September 3rd, 2025 a black Connect BBC van (#54) was driving down 267 where the driver slammed on the brakes and swerved across 3 lanes to take an exit, as me and 2 other cars who were traveling 75+ mph had to slam on our brakes and swerve nearly crashing into the concrete barrier and the other cars. I randomly found Connect BBC online and booked it based on the great reviews here on Google. It did not disappoint! We got a shuttle that was much bigger than what we had booked. It was clean and spacious and the driver was super friendly and helpful. We had some trouble locating him at first because he did not park in the designated area, but that was not his fault as the area was full of cars. Muy recomendable. Solucionaron un primer inconveniente que tuvimos con el pago de manera rápida y posteriormente el servicio brindado fue excelente. Tanto los choferes como el personal de la empresa con el cual interactuamos, fueron muy profesionales y amables en el trato.

When we landed in DCA the van was right there waiting for us. I then accidentally left my company phone in their van. I called and explained my situation. They promptly organized for a driver to drop it off at my hotel front desk at 2am. I also got a call from the customer service rep to make sure my phone was dropped off. They really went above and beyond and I'm so grateful!
