Jordan and her team works really hard to make this place great. They keep this complex clean. Any time I have had a problem. They fixed it quickly. I am glad they listened to the residents. I am glad for the community meetups that happen every month. I feel very safe here. Great small complex feel. Jordan keeps us informed with news/updates here.
Tour was nice, but when you read the reviews you know how bad this place is so that’s why we didn’t choose it. Also, $240 per person for application fee is criminal. The apartments that we chose had an application fee of $15. Get a grip.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address the ongoing issues caused by residents of Connect at First Creek who are repeatedly trespassing onto the Momentum at First Creek property. These individuals are jumping the pool fence and vandalizing our property, including the playground, fitness center, and clubhouse. This behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
