Jessica Novak is a truly special family therapist. From the very beginning, she made myself and my daughter feel safe, understood, and cared for. There is such a gentle warmth about her that puts you at ease straightaway. Jess was privately engaged, (not court appointed) and at our final trial the judge commented on how impressed she was with Jessica after her cross examination. Would not recommend Mrs Jess Novak to anyone. Her style is inconsistent and causes more issues than repairing relationships within the family. My family is more disconnected than ever.
Jess is the most caring and insightful therapist. She has helped my son and family and comes with not only a therapeutic space but also a non judmental one. Would highly recommend her to any family's that are facing struggles in there everyday life.
Jessica provided a safe space to discuss things within family therapy. Her approach is both compassionate and insightful, guiding us through difficult conversations with patience and empathy. I cannot recommend Jessica as a family therapist more highly.
As a parent, if your child asks you to meet Miss Novak, avoid this at all cost. Miss Novak will only see the side of the child and try to push you, as parents, to acknowledge everything your child blames you for, even if blatantly untrue and an invention in your child’s mind.
