Their devices are used they refurbish then. Their devices have bed bugs and cockroaches inside them.
2 stars only. Do not buy from them do not start anything from them. I repeat do not start anything with this company. After cancelling my account was mission impossible to get back my money do not do business with this company do not
Terrible customer service. We ordered this for my father-in-law and despite having three emergency contacts listed, when they couldn't reach him on home or cell, they never even tried to reach out or notify any of us. Now dealing with returning and getting credit for pre-paid service plan has been a nightmare.
Shady company! Avoid at all costs. I called Connect America for a monitoring system and asked if my mom doesn't like it if we can get a refund. They said yes. We received it and my mom never activated it (we had another alert system we used instead) and I sent it back within the 30 day window. I was told I would get a refund and it never came. Terrible customer service. Called several times to follow up and was told I would get the refund and yet none never came. Terrible!
