My product was received back to connect am. on aug 13th. When I hadn’t received my refund by the 26th I called them. They said it takes up to 30 to get it and the 30 days started on the 26th when I called to see about my refund. Didn’t matter that I canceled the service before the 13th of aug and they send me packing label.

I purchased the medical alert and paid in full for one year for my father. I did not give permission to use my card to for renewal. He passed away and I called to cancel the alert. They had already charged my card for another year. I was talked into moving the account for my mother's use, but specifically told them they were not allowed to automatically charge my American Express card for renewal. Something HAS to be done about their customer service agent Ryan. I have called and he answered multiple times. He gives different answers than everyone else and is always trying to get out of doing his job. He will lie just to get out of a simple task. PLEASE do something about this!

I made the May payment for my 83 year old mother. It cleared her bank account however the payment was never credited to her account. I spoke to three people (which was a language barrier at that). I was assured that it was being looked into. I emailed three people proof of the payment and til this day no response, Had to call today to cancel this product is when I was told it was still pending.
