The cleaner who was dispatched to my home did a decent job, but the office staff does not return calls promptly and does not attempt to remedy client concerns. The cleaner was scheduled for one date and yet arrived on another.
The cleaners are excellent and everyone is a pleasure to work with!
This company cleaned a property we rented and complained of the most absurd things- apparently one of my kids popsicles had dripped on the hardwood floor, and shampoo remnants from hair washing was left in the shower. Literally attached photos of a popsicle stick forgotten on a table, tiny non staining drops from a popsicle and shampoo liquid in a shower and a bunch of other things that would be completely routine to clean, during a house cleaning.
