Certainly competent other than diagnosing water softeners. Just go ahead and buy the new one. You will not spend more and you'll have anew one.

Fantastic experience from the initial phone call all the way to the service techs leaving. I called Friday morning and had my leaking hot water heater repaired within 1 & 1/2 hours! The woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, friendly and direct. She got me set up with a same day appointment (on a Friday) then called me back with an even earlier availability. Recommended by my wonderful neighborhood FB group, Pecan Crossing. Ramon did an outstanding job flushing my tankless hot water heater. Then went above and beyond by taking a courtesy look at my water softner tank and asked if I would like him to add the bag of salt I had sitting next to it. WOW..... of course, thank you! Professional and courteous. Great way to start my day.
