Horribly rude office staff. Wouldn't refill medication because I had to skip an appointment for blood work because of long hours at work. Just had blood work done 5 months prior. They schedule two visits for this so they can charge your insurance more. On my initial visit, they continued to send me bills after my insurance already paid it!
