We’ve had mixed experiences at Conlon Thompson Orthodontics. Two of my children completed treatment with Dr. Thompson without issue. However, my son had a very different—and frankly, troubling—experience. If your child has any form of neurodiversity or sensory needs, I would strongly caution you against this practice. The staff showed little patience or flexibility, and the environment was not supportive of children with additional needs.
