Dr. Thompson & Shannon at Conlon & Thompson were absolutely fantastic! They made my daughter feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. Shannon and Dr Thompson were extremely thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the braces process in detail. Not only is Shannon incredibly knowledgeable and professional but she, also kept my daughter laughing the entire time! I truly can't say enough great things about them— we had an amazing experience thanks to Dr. Thompson and Shannon!
