Doesn't show up when scheduled more than once, doesn't call to let you know, and then yells at you when you follow up to question if they Re coming or not.
What CHEAP and SAD customer service this man has for it's people, they will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale, and when it comes to back up what they implied, they run from their word as if the DEVIL was after them. I'll NEVER buy from this UNETHICAL place again, and I'll ALWAYS speak Ill of them, just to match their lack of customer service. VERY CHEAP PEOPLE.
We've been happy with previous years' purchases at Conley's, but this year was just bizarre, like they were caught by surprise that people would want to know what they were buying. Not a single identified pepper plant, nor did the staff know which peppers were which, or really how many they had or where they all were. They knew they (probably) had (only) three kinds, and they were (probably) on this table. Or that one. Tomatoes were also scattered, poor selection/options, and mostly without pot tags. Fantastic nursery! We live in Roswell and I’ve gotten all my herbs from here each year. Their tomatoes are second to none. They grow great and produced a ton. Great selection of everything. Their prices are also very competitive. Best nursery around. 10/10 recommend.
Stopped along the highway to stretch our legs. Very happy to now have some plant travel companions. They service was great
