Customers always have options. Definitely will not return to Conley ever again. Specially showed attendant which bulb was burned out on my 2018 Outback while at Conley for a scheduled Oil Change. Ended up buying the bulb at Auto Zone and changing it myself. I would have purchased my 4 new tires recommended by Conley, but now will go happily elsewhere. I had emailed Ariel Claus my concerns and added photos and received no reply in response. Terrible customer service and 1 star is far too many!
Shoutout to Timothy, in service! He was very respectful, helpful and got me in and out without a problem. I definitely recommend him for all your Subaru service needs. 5 stars to you Timothy, I hope that Conley appreciates your dedication.
Quick efficient very pleasant professional..
It was my first time there. I can say one thing is that they won't do work if it's not necessary. They were very friendly and courteous. I had an issue when checked with a warranty item. I didn't go there for that but it was covered on warranty. My first dealing with them went very well. I will continue to have service done and it looks like they will get fi e stars.
