I had a great experience with this plumbing company. Troy came out to take care of a faucet problem at one of my properties. Instead of trying to sell me a replacement, he repaired the faucet and let me know that the shut-off valves I thought needed replacing were actually ball valves and in good condition, so he recommended keeping them.
