On 2/1/2024 Koontz came look at our horse. He said that there would a $110.00 Farm Call. After he check our horse he said that our bill would be $1067.16 , He did not give us a invoice when he was done. I turns out that he charged us $110.00 farm call plus a $210.00 emergency farm call plus $1000 for Gas. Plus he charge $134.00 for him to stick his arm up our horses Butt. Then he charge us $183.00 for 2 Labs that he did not do! I ask for a refund and he refused to make it right. Do not trust this guy at all !!
